When you start to dive into the world of keto, the most common thing talked about is the bullet proof coffee. When you hear that it includes butter in it, you normally think what the hell. But after watching YouTube videos and reading blogs about this coffee I was excited to try it.
I am not the type of person that will need coffee when I first wake up. I can go a couple of hours then will enjoy the occasional cup. Since starting keto I find myself drinking this after 10:00am and will break my fast with this drink. Its so yummy and creamy that I dont miss my load of vanilla creamer.
Bullet proof coffee is used in intermittent fasting, and will provide you energy and feeling full throughout the morning.
If your on a keto diet, most of the ingredients to make this will already be in your pantry.
- 2 Cups Coffee
- 2 Tbsp. Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Optional)
All the ingredients are really easy to mix with a blender and then your on the go!
